The idea of this Short Film Series was created by me, Tom Callander. I am a film maker from Forfar, Scotland with a passion to create stories and produce short, authentic films that carry emotion.  I will shoot and edit the short films with the idea of furthering my skills as a cinematographer and build a community of likeminded people.

If you are an aspiring actor, editor, script writer, cinematographer or just have a passion to create films and learn with us, fill in the below form and begin your journey with us.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Fill in the form below and indicate which location you are wanting to participate in. Two weeks before the shoot the crew and actors will be invited to discuss the shoot, as well as coming up with ideas of the type of film we will be creating. One day before the shoot I will meet with the actors(and crew if they are available) to discuss the ideas of the film and go over the script. On the day of the shoot, actors and crew will meet and begin filming at various locations. This will be a run-and-gun shoot where improvisation will be key. We will shoot for the entire day until we wrap so please keep the full day free.   

Myself and any other editors who come onboard will then edit the film and distribute on YouTube & social media channels.

We are looking for 2 actors per shoot to begin with. Once we have the first few films created we will look to increase the number or actors and the complexity of the shoot.

This Short Film Series is a non profit project, we aren't looking to make money from what we create. Donations are welcome to help with production costs & travel expenses.
